Entry confirmation
When you submit your online entry, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that you have entered the race. Check your details and contact us if anything is incorrect.

Race info and tracking
Race information will be available via our Marlborough Downs Challenge website, and pre-race information will be sent out approximately 7 days before the race. Both races will be timed using gps trackers for 2026. Competitors will be given their trackers at registration. 

Conditions and personal data acceptance
Please note that by entering this race, you agree to accept the terms and conditions set out on this website and the RaceNation race entry page. 

You also consent to the storing, sharing (with the race organisers and official third-party suppliers) and use of your contact details (email address, telephone number, mobile number and postal address) provided on this entry form for the purposes of delivering all services associated with this year’s Marlborough Downs Challenge, including, but not limited to, publishing your race entry and results data on the website.

Deferral and refund policy
We do not operate a deferral policy.  However, if you have purchased an entry into either of our races and are no longer able to run due to pregnancy or adoption, you are entitled to a full refund of your entry fee or deferral of your place for up to 2 years.  Please contact our Race Director to arrange this.

The standard race policy is that no refunds will be issued. 

Transferring your place
Transferring your race number to another runner is possible. If you wish to transfer your place, you can start the process by looking into your account on Race Nation and following the instructions. The transfer window will close approximately 2 weeks before race day.
